Former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales’s article, Drones: The Power to Kill, which was recently published in Volume 82:1 of The George Washington Law Review, was cited to support the proposition that there appears to be a recent movement in the Republican party across partisan lines on the issues of national security and government powers.
