2014 marks the [addlink url=”http://www.acus.gov/50″ text=”50th Anniversary of the Administrative Conference”] of the United States. The Conference, which came into being when President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Administrative Conference Act (Public Law 88-499) in August 1964, is dedicated to improving the administrative process through the provision of applied research and nonpartisan expert advice and recommendations for making government work better.

To celebrate this milestone, The George Washington Law Review, in conjunction with the Administrative Conference, is thrilled to announce the publication of a special edition of the Law Review’s annual administrative law issue. The commemorative double-issue, to be published in 2015, will feature submissions from two-dozen scholars and practitioners in the field of administrative law—each highlighting ACUS’s role in and varied contributions to our system of government. The Law Review is honored to participate in this commemorative project, and will be disseminating additional information as the year progresses.
